• Posed as a cop. Driver he pulled over was a real officer & ex-classmate.
      Whoops!

      ----------

Brandon Hurley, 24, made a u-turn to pull up behind a Louisville Metro Police Department off-duty officer on Hurstbourne Lane on Saturday and flashed lights and honked his horn, according to court documents.

The officer, William Shive II, thought Hurley was in trouble, so he pulled to the side of the road, the officer stated in his complaint. But Hurley walked up as if he was police officer stopping a driver.

    • Jeff Sessions Orders Review Of Police Reform Agreements
Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Monday ordered the Justice Department to review agreements with police departments for reform made during the Obama administration.

Under President Barack Obama, the Justice Department investigated several police departments, looking for patterns of discrimination and excessive force, and made agreements known as consent degrees with some departments.

In a Monday memo, Sessions said that the department will review all "collaborative investigations and prosecutions, grant making, technical assistance and training, compliance reviews, existing or contemplated consent decrees, and task force participation" to make sure that they are aligned with the department's priorities.

The Washington Post first reported the memo on Monday night.

    • Jeff Sessions declares that police are unfairly blamed for violence
      Its not about cops.

      Its about WHITE cops.

Blacks do not accept white authority any longer. Whether it be white cops, teachers, or dogcatchers. If you are white, you cannot tell a black person what to do. Those few blacks who comply without verbal or physical abuse heaped on their white oppressor are reviled as unce toms by the culture of disobedience that obama and others have fully encouraged over the years.

    • Jeff Sessions: Ferguson emblem of tense relationship with police
Ferguson, Missouri, has become "an emblem of the tense relationship" between law enforcement and those it serves, especially minority communities, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Friday during a visit to St. Louis.

Sessions, speaking to a gathering of law enforcement leaders at the federal courthouse that sits roughly 12 miles from Ferguson, said the Justice Department will work with them to battle the rising tide of violent crime in America. He said he supports "proactive, up-close policing - when officers get out of their squad cars and interact with everyone on their beat - that builds trust, prevents violent crime, saves lives and creates a good atmosphere."

But Sessions said that sort of police work has become increasingly difficult in what he called "an age of viral videos and targeted killings of police."

    • FBI Face Recognition Technology Has 'No Limits,'
It's time to put a very strict tether on the FBI, CIA and NSA and really clean house. They have been allowed to operate well outside of the law for far too long. There is a need for the 3 organizations but their activities need to be severely curtailed and certain member should face jail time.

The true story there, which all the nogs in the hood know, is that Gray had just jumped off a building to the concrete ground and rolled. His neck was already half or more broken. It was something he had done often to show what a MAN he was. :lmao:

    • Child porn case dropped to prevent FBI disclosure
Yeah and after taking over the child abuse site the FBI kept the site up and running for 2 WEEKS. They let paedos continue to upload and download child porn in the millions of images before taking the site they were running offline. THEY should be arrested for running an illegal sick child porn site. Why is the US allowing this sort of thing to happen? They continued allowing children to be abused, UNFORGIVABLE.

    • Geographic visualization of all mass shootings in America since 1982.
I am really proud that they note that the Mississippi killing was racially motivated.

I must say that I am a bit shocked that San Bernadino killings were not listed as racial killings.

The Pulse club shootings were not listed as being a hate attack either.

But really impressed that they found a way to flag the killings by a white guy as "racially motivated hate"

    • Democratic rep. to file lawsuit over controversial police painting
Rep. Lacy Clay (D-Mo.) will file a federal lawsuit on Tuesday against the Architect of the Capitol for removing a constituent's painting that depicted police officers as animals from the Capitol complex.

Clay will argue that the painting's removal, which followed outcry from House Republicans and police advocacy groups, violated his constituent's First Amendment rights to free expression.

The painting by student David Pulphus showed a confrontation between black protesters and police officers with guns drawn, depicted as feral pigs.

Clay's district includes the city of Ferguson, where a white police officer shot an unarmed black teenager in 2014. The shooting sparked waves of protests.
