"She has teamed with some of the top producers in the dance game on killer remixes of her original material, running the gamut of styles from trap to drum'n'bass and more."

One big difference between Dua Lipa and many other singers is that Dua got many good remixes of her songs. She has released remix albums for most of her popular songs. Duas remix of "Be the one" called "Shy luv" is very special. I see on the Youtube comments that many dont like it. Sometimes i just have to listen to it. Beyonce have many good remixes of her songs. I have not found any good remixes of Camila Cabello or beaner Selena.

    • The 'Pool will shout with bubbling joy
Converted the desired songs upon my wondrous CD collection to MP3 shit.

Residing on my always-hard drive I just placed a dozen tunes on a USB stick and inserted said stick into my newest addition to the stereo family. My Panasonic wonder that has a USB port and the needed innards to convert binary shit into analog audio waves my ears can convert to electrical impulses my withered brain interprets as sound.'

Three Dog Night sounded pretty damn good. More than enough clarity, timbre and frequency response to make my liver quiver with unadulterated delight.

This great news should send ripples of unfathomable joy through the cesspool and all residing within.

    • The 40 essential albums of 1967
..
Ever go to WoodyFest in Okemah? Had a folksinger friend that said it was amazing. Lots of the extended family there, with stories and late night campfire jams abound.

Saw Arlo 1980ish Jesse Hall at Mizzou. They finally lifted the "classical music only" rule at the 2,000 seat auditorium. Saw John Prine, Taj Mahal, BB King, Harry Chapin there in almost the same year. Pre-punk/new wave days for me.

    • Bangkok, Not Banned Cock, a 2 min song with girl spankin' :-)
Alex had #1 hit when 14 yrs-old singing with Boxtops on "The Letter" (Give me a ticket on an airplane...)

30 yrs later or so Cheap Trick covers his song "Down the Street" for opening creds to "That 70s show."

Lots of more impt stuff in between, but most of his humor, simple guit playing, and poetry flew rite over the heads.

    • "Tragically Shit" singer dies
..
Sad to see that Blue Rodeo and Bare Naked Ladies, Good Canuck bands, actually covered his songs.

He weren't no Bruce Cockburn, Gordon Lightfoot, Neil Young. Now they are calling him "Canada's Shakespeare."

Trudeau, in true pathetic fake acting cuck form here, complete with glycerin tears.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lesley_GoreSmart dame. Born into wealth and surely raised far different than lower socioeconomic blue-collar working-class fuckers such as I. Reared with far different mind-sets AND... as I observed when teaching at different schools and school districts... indoctrinated by the educational system and society itself via the peer groups I was immersed within.

I had a kin raised in an upper-middle-class area and the differences between us are obvious as are the differences in life paths. No complaints... in some ways there are advantages to being a fucking dreg. Not many but they exist if grasped and used to be a positive. On the whole, however... greater advantages exist for those utilizing the opportunities offered by being immersed within the social stratum existing for Lesley Gore. The dead Lesley Gore. I WIN!!! I exist and even in my humble circumstances I still eat and breathe and watch free TV and take a resounding healthy shit fairly regularly.
