      • 1. No one needs a commercial truck this large.

        2. The Founding Fathers never envisioned large commercial trucks, and did not intend for people to drive them.

        3. These "assault trucks" are designed for killing large numbers of people quickly, and that is their only use.

        4. We need a "no truck" list immediately, one that does not require due process to get on or off.

        5. No where in the Constitution does it mention the freedom to own these killing devices called trucks.

        6. Large commercial trucks should only be owned by the police, military, or politicians, NOT normal citizens, who can use horses.

        7. We already have licensing, registration, titles, inspection, and multiple taxes on large commercial vehicles, and STILL they are used for mass killing. Enough is enough. We must ban them entirely.

        8. We must follow Australia's example - we must have a massive government buy-back of all trucks currently owned by American citizens, then, they must be destroyed.

        9. We must empower the police and military to go door-to-door to forcibly remove these "assault trucks". Deadly force is reasonable when "disarming" people of these killing devices.

        10. If it will save the life of even a single child, we must rid our society of trucks.

        11. And lastly, we must continue to resettle enormous numbers of Muslims throughout the United States, primarily in rural, white, Christian areas.

        • Michelle Nunn is the Democrat running for the US Senate in Georgia. She has a slight lead over David Purdue in the polls, but that may not hold now that her campaign plan was accidentally made public. It details how she needs to deceive voters in rural areas into believing she's just like them. Oh, and it breaks people down by demographics - she needs to get black voters to the polls while courting Jews and Asians to pony up campaign cash. That's how Democrats think of people, not as individuals, but as voting blocs and ATM machines.

The documents reveal the campaign's most sensitive calculations. Much of the strategizing in the Georgia contest as is typical in southern politics, revolves around race. But the Nunn memos are incredibly unguarded. One is from Diane Feldman, a Democratic pollster and strategist who counts among her clients Minnesota senator Al Franken, South Carolina representative James Clyburn, and former Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. Feldman, who did not return calls seeking comment, is frank in her characterization of the demographic groups - Jews, Asians, African Americans, Latinos, and gays - that are essential to a Democratic victory. The Nunn campaign declined to comment about the document on the record.

The campaign's finance plan draws attention to the "tremendous financial opportunity" in the Jewish community and identifies Jews as key fundraisers. It notes, however, that "Michelle's position on Israel will largely determine the level of support here." That's a position she has yet to articulate - her message on the subject is marked "TBD" in the document - and Israel goes unmentioned on her campaign website.

Asians are also identified as key fundraisers. The community is described as "very tight," one in which people work to "become citizens quickly." Nunn's strategists also say there is a "huge opportunity" to raise money from gays, bisexuals, and transgender individuals, who are described as having "substantial resources."

        • The Obama administration, in July 2013, quietly introduced a new regulation that critics say will dramatically increase Washington's power over local zoning laws in every city and town that accepts federal block grants through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

And it's the federal grants that could be used as a hook in the nose of these cities, forcing them to house illegal immigrants against their will.

Some are calling it the "Common Core of local zoning" that has flown under the radar for nearly a year. Instead of the U.S. Department of Education dictating education standards to local school districts, this rule change would allow HUD to influence zoning laws from the biggest cities down to the tiniest towns.

The proposed rule, which is set to take effect in October, would put teeth on the Fair Housing Act of 1968 by providing a set of standards, guidelines and goals, then use data to "measure" and "assess" how well a local community is meeting its Fair Housing obligations.

        • Senator Cruz is absolutely correct. God Bless him for having the courage to speak the truth.

President Obama's request for $3.7 billion in supplemental funding amounts to an "admission" that he plans for the influx of immigrant children to "continue indefinitely," according to Senator Ted Cruz.

Cruz said that only five percent of the funding would provide for "boots on the ground" along the southern border. "This is an HHS and social services bill that has entitled border security to make it appear as if it's responding to the problem," Cruz told National Review Online.

"But this supplemental bill is an admission by the president that he has no intention of solving this problem, and, indeed, that he anticipates it continuing indefinitely, because he is simply asking for money to deal with the illegals after they've crossed the border, rather than taking the necessary steps to prevent them from coming here in the first place" Cruz said.

        • PRESIDENT OBAMA has retrenched U.S. global engagement in a way that has shaken the confidence of many U.S. allies and encouraged some adversaries. That conclusion can be heard not just from Republican hawks but also from senior officials from Singapore to France and, more quietly, from some leading congressional Democrats. As he has so often in his political career, Mr. Obama has elected to respond to the critical consensus not by adjusting policy but rather by delivering a big speech.

In his address Wednesday to the graduating cadets at West Point , Mr. Obama marshaled a virtual corps of straw men, dismissing those who "say that every problem has a military solution," who "think military intervention is the only way for America to avoid looking weak," who favor putting "American troops into the middle of [Syria's] increasingly sectarian civil war," who propose "invading every country that harbors terrorist networks" and who think that "working through international institutions . . . or respecting international law is a sign of weakness."

Few, if any, of those who question the president's record hold such views. Instead, they are asking why an arbitrary date should be set for withdrawing all forces from Afghanistan, especially given the baleful results of the "zero option" in Iraq. They are suggesting that military steps short of the deployment of U.S. ground troops could stop the murderous air and chemical attacks by the regime of Bashar al-Assad. They are arguing that the United States should not be constrained by Cyprus or Bulgaria in responding to Russia's invasion and annexation of parts of Ukraine.
