    • Anybody else take the rest of the year off?
I don't waste my vacations days at this time of the year.

I go into work and bring all my personal shit to resolve for year-end.

There's no one else around, and I need something to do.

Hey Sparky - use your google machine to look up the words "sarcasm", "irony" and "humor" before any future efforts to dazzle us with your scary math skills.

    • African-American Mayor In Georgia Can't Get The Keys To His Office
If you thought government sanctioned discrimination was a thing of the past, you haven't been to Camilla, GA. The City of Camilla is comprised of a 70% African-American population and has an elected Black mayor, but city council voted to not give him keys to his own office at City Hall. Mayor Rufus Davis talked to Rashad Richey about the city's policies, which include Blacks not being allowed to be buried next to Whites, all White school age children in the city go to an all-White private school, and there are no African-American police officers just to name a few. Mayor Davis is now protesting his own city and will refuse to sit in council meetings until his city is desegregated.

Started by bean people from the south who ran away from the violence in their own homelands, then decided to start trying to act like tough guys here once they saw there weren't any other tough guys.

    • Woman may try raping me, help!
Before I was married, I went shopping near Christmas and I hooked up with some chic at Best Buy. She waited outside for me and basically stopped her car in front of me, hit that a few times, but I had a gF.

I'm literally just trying to avoid being raped.

    • A brand new ALL TIME record!!!
      https://townhall.com/tipsheet/guybenson/2017/12/14/good-times-roll-more-excellent-trump-judicial-nominees-confirmed-by-senate-republicans-n2422519

Senate Republicans are set to confirm three more of President Donald Trump's appeals court picks this week, a push that will help set a record for the most such appointments in a president's first year in office.

That would mean at least a dozen Trump appointees would join the nation's appeals courts - which have the last word in all but the 100 or so cases that the Supreme Court decides each year - in his first year in the White House.

    • Poll: Most Americans think Trump is trying to obstruct the probe into Russian meddling
Most Americans think Donald Trump did something illegal or at least unethical regarding ties between his presidential campaign and Russia - and they think he's trying to obstruct the investigation looking into those possible connections.

The deeply divided country is more concerned about health care and the economy than any collusion with the Kremlin, according to a new poll by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research. But the survey also shows that Americans are unhappy with the way Trump is dealing with the investigations led by Congress and special counsel Robert Mueller.

Most people believe Trump is trying to obstruct the investigations, which have resulted in charges against four of his campaign advisers and increasingly appear focused on the president's inner circle.

Four in 10 Americans think the president has done something illegal when it comes to Russia, while an additional 3 in 10 say he's at least done something unethical. And 68 percent disapprove of his response to the investigations.

    • Evergreen prof who berated colleagues for being WHITE gets $240k payday over it....
      https://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/12/14/evergreen-professor-who-made-anti-white-comments-resigns-gets-240g-settlement.html

An Evergreen State College professor who was captured on video harassing her white co-workers resigned after reaching a financial settlement with the college.

Naima Lowe, a self-described black queer artist and educator who taught video and performance art at Evergreen State, received $240,000 from the college after she filed a discrimination and hostile work environment claim, according to college spokesperson Zach Powers.

Lowe has been on personal leave since the beginning of the school year after she claimed she was the victim of "online attacks on her," according to a letter sent to colleagues. She officially resigned Dec. 6.
