      • There are trace amounts of carbs in eggs so a half dozen eggs probably equals one carb but that is it.

Bully for you. I am jealous but can't eat carbs as they go right to my belly. Going carb free will give me a flat stomach without sit-ups. I can't do what you do anymore. I'm 55.

8 pounds although I have been walking for two miles each day to boot.

Lost more than that with the Norovirus. It was probably more pleasant than gagging down a side of beef with egg chasers.

      • As more and more peer reviewed data coupled with personal testimonials pile up, I wonder why anyone consumes more than 40 grams of carbs per day. I guess people can get away with it until age 30 or so.

God bless you. Some people have those genetics. I don't so the sugar, grains and carbs have to go.

Aren't you concerned that all the cholesterol you now eat will do even more damage?

No. Dietary cholesterol isn't blood cholesterol. Not even related. Just eat animal protein and healthy fats. Never thought I would be cooking bacon in butter.

The message for decades has been to lower cholesterol but you go totally the opposite way. How do you know it's true/safe? Serious question.

      • OP, is this your first time doing this? If so get to me on day 35 when you start getting sick. Everyone does.

Also your poop will get kinda weird.

After you get sick and give yourself an enema or two then try a little oatmeal in the morning. And some potatoes and mushrooms with your dinner meal.

        It'll be aight.
